It's easy. Just contribute to discussions that you're interested in. Make sure your posts are a reasonable length (say 4 or 5 lines) and relevant to the discussion. Keep an eye on your spelling and punctuation. As long as you make decent quality posts on a fairly regular basis, you'll see your earnings increase. Also make sure you're familiar with the terms of service.
