What happened to PamE53? Why was it necessary to ban her for posting a

few simple recipes? No warning, nothing.
Just so everyone knows this is her oldest daughter. She is very upset over this.
What people don't know about my mom is, this was a second job to her. She took it seriously. She thought she was following all the guidelines. I just checked the do's and don't's.
It states: do not post jokes, recipes, etc., as a discussion. Ok fine, we understand that, but in a discussion do you not ask questions? She didnt ask questions.
It's really sad. I went thru the cooking area and I saw alot of recipes. Have they been banned? Heck no.
You know my mom even went as far as creating business cards. She was so proud of this extra job.
My dad works 3rd shift, and all of us kids are on our own. So mymom is basically alone at night, even when he is sleeping. So she would come on here. Sad that this was taken from her.
She never gave anyone a negative rating. Even when some asked her too, just so they could prove a point. She tried to answer discussions up front and honestly. Never swore, rushed home after her newest grandson was born, jumped on here, so she oculd share pictures with everyone.
It's so wrong.
My mom said to tell her friends she made her, she will miss you dearly. She will keep you each in her heart.
What happens to her referrals now? Does mylot keep all of her money? So sad.

Wow, that is ridiculous. I am so sorry, I probably would not join again either if I had spent so much time building up what I had. Send my sincerest regrets to your mom, I know that it is not only the money to her, but the community of friends she had too.

Thanks Latoya for posting. My mom will be alright. She is just upset. She does have her family at PL, and from what I see on there, they are a bunch of goof balls. They have a good time, and make money to boot. I can not wait till my computer is up and running. Mama says they pay weekly. Oooohhhh I might be banned from here for saying that.. OH well.....at least they say mama can submit her recipes there an dnot worry about being banned.

Thats ok Pinky she has her PL family and thats all she needs. I would be upset to , I have heard people being banned from here to for doing recipes.

How true Annie, she got my neice involved now on PL. Once I get my computer up adn running again, I plan on being there myself. Thanks for being there. She is just so upset over this mess on here. I could understand if she swore, or caused problems, but my mom is just a fun loving, giving person. And her way of giving was thru her recipes she had gathered. Oh well. Hope to see you on PL when I get there! Keep an eye out on my mom would ya please?? :)

Hi Pinky, welcome to mylot and have a nice stay here. Yes, I agree with you that is sad. Give a recipe that someone ask for isn't against the rules from mylot. And sometimes I have see recipes in the discussion. Don't know why someone was ban for that and anothers not. I have seen some discussions that against the rules and nothing happen with the members that do this. They stay around. And have notice that some persons was ban for the same things.
I really can't understand it. But say to your mother to sign in again with another name and keep her job. I know that isn't only for money but for the fun too and you said that she is alone all the time and mylot is a good distraction.

Thank you Teka. I'll pass the word on to her. I have been browsing around and I see where there are several, no quite a few recipes posted.
I doubt she'll be back. All of her referrals are gone, and she'd have to start all over again. This money she made helped pay for one of my dad's medications monthly. She was so proud that she was able to pay for one of them. She didn't earn alot, but she was proud of what she made.
And her friends, she adored them on here. It's just so sad how the officials signal out some but not others.

Pinky, I'm so sorry to hear this, even though I'm new and didn't know your Mum. It's awful to think someone would be banned for doing nothing bad. Have you tried writing a letter to myLot, asking why she was banned and whether she could be reinstated? Surely they would give a reason - your Mum deserves that. I hope very much the issue can be resolved and your Mum can be online again soon with all her friends. Good luck!

Thank you for responding. I will let her know what you said. She does have another network, but this was her first, and she devoted so much time to it, when she could. She was so proud of this place. She actually would go to the stores and tell the cashiers, this is the money I earned on line!! The goof, but that's my mom.
