Last weekend, I found a book on top of my niece's bed. Sweet Valley High. hey, I remember this! She asked me if I wanted to borrow it. My sister was telling her that it became real popular during my elementary and HS days. I'm just about to read it now. I can now finish reading this in about 3 hours unlike before, it would take me a day or two. For the women/ girls out there, do you remember this book? Who was your favorite character?

I remember Sweet Valley. I used to read them all the time, and not too long ago, I went to the library and saw some books and started reading them again. My favorite character was Elizabeth, although I find out now that a lot of people hated her.

Maybe people hated her because she's quite Ms. goody two shoes. I was so amazed that I still remember the characters after reading the book again and I was able to finish it in 3 hours last night. Had to wait for my daughter to sleep before I started reading.

Really, and I thought I was one of the few people who hated Elizabeth and liked Jessica instead. I thought people like me would be few in number.

Wow.. what a nostalgic name. I definitely remember Sweet Valley High but sad to say, I never read it before. When I was young, I hate reading. The only books I read was from Roald Dahl. When I grew slightly older, I started reading Little Women and To Kill a Mocking Bird. However, I've never read Sweet Valley High and Hardy Boys.

Oh that's okay. I think reading is not really for everyone. The books you mentioned, well I did read them.. for our book reports in school. LOL! Thanks for the comment.

Oh yes I do remember. However I was more interested in the Sweet Valley University series. I have read the first 12 books and then I got so busy with other things in life that I did not continue to read the rest of the twins adventures.

Really, you like Lila Fowler? That's a first for me. Most people do not like her attitude. When the TV series came out, the actress who portrayed Lila gave justice to her character. All the more people hated her
