Pic on MyLot

I am new to MyLot, and I can not figure out how to add my photo to my profile. I added a regular pic of something just to try and figure it out, but I have no idea how to get my default pic on there, the one I want pple to see when I post or respond to a discussion. Can someone help me? and I apologise if I put this question in the wrong place....thanks!
