Did Johnathan Taylor Thomas actually sing in the movie?

Johnathan Taylor Thomas played Simba in The Lion King, but do you know if he actually sang the songs in the movie or did someone else do the singing?

I looked it up on imdb.com, the best place to look up info about movies. No JTT did not sing the songs himself. As a general rule, people who provide vocal talent for Disney movies do not do their own singing. They almost always have a voice double for the singing.

Jonathan Taylor Thomas didn't sing as Simba in The Lion King. The guy who did provide the singing voice of Simba is Jason Weaver. I know he was in some TV series, but I'm not sure which one. He's got a good voice, I think. To be honest, I thought for the longest time JTT did sing as Simba. It wasn't until about 1999 that I figured it out, haha.
