Tasty coconut milk!

We drink milk obtained from cow, sheep, buffaloe etc. But there is one inanimate object which also gives us milk viz, coconut. Coconut not only gives us tasty water, but also we can extract milk from it! The actual coconut milk is very tasty as also good for one's health! Coconut milk is added to daily food items by some group of people. Have you ever tasted coconut milk?

Yes, I've tasted coconut milk and liked it. I frequently see recipes calling for it. However, I don't buy it because it is too expensive in this part of the country.

In my country you cannot cook rice and peas without putting coconut milk. This enable your rice and peas to be shelly and enjoyable. Coconut is a very versatile fruit, we makes drops, cake, oil etc and milk with it. I enjoy eating anything thing that is make from it. The by products are endless. Doing RUN DOWN with peas and salt mackerel also include using the coconut milk too.
