How often do you go to doctor for checkup

Hi smartbrain, I always try my best not to visit any doctor as I hate to take medicine unless for serious illness. I dislike visiting doctor when having cold or flu. I am scared that after taking the medicines given I would feel drowsy and couldn’t do anything else but just to sleep and sleep. I notice that after discovering from the minor sickness I would sweat easily and a lot as well. I think this might be deal to the side effect caused by the medicines taken mostly. posting and take care.

Hello dear smart brain. I think that it is a must for us to go to the doctor for a health checkup. But I am sorry to say that I am not very happy to go as I don't like to go to the hospital, though I do go once a year for checkup.

My doctor usually wants to see me about once every yeear or so, and then he makes an appointment for me to come back a week or so after the checkup, so that he can give me the results of the tests that he ran. I went in for my test results yesterday, and everything was just fine.

yes, we must take good care of ourselves. and i do not do check-up if i do not feel uncomfortable. i do not like go to the hospital, the circumtances, the ordor, the patients, and so on. but if i feel uncomfortable i will go to the hospital at once.

Well we have our annual check-up each year. It is required in our employment. Apart from this, I don't usually go to the doctor. In fact, I usually self-medicate when I'm sick. I hate waiting while I wait for my turn for the doctor to see me. Heck! The waiting could go for hours and I only get to spend at least 10 minutes with the doctor!
