My feelings about Wall-ee the movie.

I went to the movies last night and watched the movie Wall-ee. It was really cute; but I was not that impressed. I really expected more, although it was a great movie. It was cute, and the idea was adorable. It was not however, that deep.
What did you think if you saw it?

Well it's a kids movie, so I don't think it's supposed to be deep. I got a pretty strong message from it though, because I could see something of that nature happening. Humans destroying the earth and then becoming lazy and completely missing out on life.
Anyways, I really liked the movie and can't wait to see it again.

Yeah I think Pixar are always trying to straddle that line between instilling their films with a moral message and making them entertaining to children and adults normally with great success. Its what has really helped push them ahead of Disney consistently in the last decade.

My son and I went the weekend it opened in theaters. We both loved it. I'm in agreement, though, that as kid's movies go, they aren't meant to be 'deep' so the kids get them, know what I mean? That said, the messages it sent - the shape our planet was in, and the shape humans were in...it was pretty eye-opening.
As I walked out - seeing everyone dump their trash in the trash bins made me feel a little sick.

i havent been able to c it cause its not been released here yet.but i m looking forward to it.i think that it should be fun and good to watch movie.kind of cute thing .
