Did you ever think about the amount of time we waste cleaning our houses, cars, clothes, etc.? It's wasted because it can never be a project completed; by the time we finish, we have to start again! Whoever finds a way to make a self-cleaning ouse will rule the world!!!

I admire your resolve, although it sounds a little like you've been hired for a specific job. Sorry if that offends; I meant nothing by it. I'm just having a little problem with some of the new "responsibilities" I hear about for my job. I wish I could feel positive things about cleaning this old house. Please don't think I live in a dirty hiuse. It's immaculate! I just don't like having to make it that way. I truly hope that, some day, technology will include self-cleaning houses. I love having a really big house, but cleaning it is not at all enjoyable, and there's so much of it, there's that much more room for little bits of dust or clutter to hide :(. I think I'll try something like making up a new dance. If there could be a chicken dance and a peanutbutter-jelly dance, why not a dust and sweeping dance?

What was that story in which the elves visited while everyone slept and turned the mess into sparkling beauty? I just wish I could afford a maid! Oh, wel, I guess that's me!

There is so much more i could do with my time If I didn't have to spend cleaning the house, but yet I realize that if I didn't then I would actually have too much time on my hands. I try to keep my days as full as possible, to help keep me sane lol. Plus there is nothing worse then going into the kitchen first thing in the morning to make coffee and seeing a huge mess. Just makes my day that much worse lol.

I can't imagine having time to get bored! I always have much more to do than I couls possibly get done, but that's what keeps me going. I do the cleaning because I couldn't stand to face the mess. I just dont want to!

I don't consider making sure my home, clothes and car is neat and clean a waste because even if it doesn't stay that way, i have the satisfaction of knowing that i had done it.

I admire your attitude aobut it, and Ireally want to try to adopt it. Meanwhile, I just noticed a spot on the floor that I missed with the mop ...

I wish I could share that feeling. Housework brings on extreme stress, to me. I don't do it well, and it takes up so much time I'd rather spend doing other things! I don't know the right products for doing things, so I do my best, but I'm never satisfied with the way I do it, and as soon as it's done it needs to be done again! Thanks for the response.
