Warm water is generally good for health.It helps in quick/better digestion and it prevents from cancer. Good luck.

Warm water is probably best for us to drink. We need to drink a lot of water every day to flush out the waste and poisons from our bodies. Poisons built up in our muscles and in our cells. Water is the only way to get rid of poisons. By getting rid of poisons we help to keep down obesity by helping our bodies to function better, to net store up as much fat. Warm water is good for this purpose.

I like my water good and cold with plenty ice so I can chomp on it when the water is gone!

I drink lots of water. Actually water is my choice of drink anytime. As how I drink it I prefer it cold, but not too cold. I have trouble drinking water that is warm or hot, but I also heard that warm water in the morning helps the digestion and cleanses the body. I just can't drink it like that:)
