Now that Summer is here, I spend most of my time cooking dinner, outside on the barbecue. I cook just about anything on the barbecue from traditional hotdogs and hamburgers to grilled vegetables, any kind of fish, chicken kabobs, potatoes and corn. You can even make a pizza on the barbecue. What's your favorite food to cook on the barbecue? Do you use a gas grill or a charcoal grill and which one do you like better? What's the weirdest thing you've ever cooked this way?

I barbecue on a gas grill. We ahve grilled many things on it also, but I really like grilling fish becasue it is not stinky when you grill outside. When you cook fish inside you have a tendency to get that fishy cooking ordor which I hate.

You're right about the fish. I don't cook fish indoors for that very reason, but when I cook it outside, there's no lingering odor in the house. Besides, fish tastes so much better grilled.

I can't grill. It is a shame, but the flame and I do not get along, so I have a grill master, my best friend, she makes fabulous terriaki steak tips. They are the best. I like grilled veggie kabobs too. This conversation is making me hungry.

I have a small indoor grill that I've used and it works quite well. It also cleans really well after I've used it.
