well i think it should not be.if a person commits a serious offence like murder he should be hanged..presently the crime is on a high.there should be strick punishment...crime is like a cancer disease which will keep on spreadind if we don't cut out the organ. so what do you think??

i think whatever crime they committed should be given right back to them. most of them get a slap on the hand, maybe stuck in prison fot people like us to keep them up.they have it better than alot of needy folks that have never committed a crime. they have a roof over their head, 3 meals aday, clothes furnished etc. if the goverment doesn't tighten down on some of this crime i can't imagine what's going to happen.i don't agree w/plea bargians either,

i don't think it should be replaced. especially of those who did crimes like murder or rape. they took away someone else's life so they have to repay it with their lives too. besides they are no longer worth living. anyway executing people like them will help decrease population too. and i agree with you if it won't stop now it will still continue to spread. we now have numerous of crimes if justice won't do something about it there will still be a lot more in the future.

I'm for execution and immediate at that. I am so disgusted and tired of the delay of justice on so many crimes. I believe if the criminal had to be executed then do it as soon as possible because justice delayed is justice denied.

Hi my friend, No, I don't believe that. In fact, I think that the execution sentance should be used more. If a person kills another person intentially, then they deserve the same treatment by getting executed for their crime. If people get to think they can go out and just kill somebody and all they will get for it is life imprisonment, some will think that's quite a deal. Especially the homeless. At least they will get food and shelter for the rest of their lives. That just is not right. Just my opinion... Have a good day, Char :-)

Hi antony, We disagree on this one but that is okay because we all think differently. You see I don't believe in Capital punishment or execution. I think it is wrong for us to execute someone, even if that person is a murder. I believe in life imprisonment, and that the murderer be given a chance to see that he/she has done wrong and to change. Blessings.

NOpe.. Excution should stay.. As in some countries, there is a pardon's day or what king's day, whereby one prisoner will get to be set free and be free of all charges and crime that one has committed.. ANd so when that happens and that perosn is freed, i guess there wun be any security for the country's citizens..
