AC page views

When an article is separated on to 2 or 3 pages- meaning you have to click to go to the next page to read the rest of the article, does the author get credit for a page view for each of those, or is it one page view per article, regardless of how many pages there are? Just asking out of curiosity.

I've heard that you get a page view for each page, and that's why some prefer to write longer articles. I believe it was discussed on the forums there.

I read that too. But some people are saying different.

I believe it's one per article, though I'm also fairly sure they wouldn't have to read all three pages to give you credit; hitting the first page is sufficient.

I think they judge it by how many people visit the article, not by how many people visit each page. I'm not 100% sure about that though.
