Hi all, i have a problem. I am sleeping too much. I used to sleep for about 5hours a day. Now i sleep for nearly 10 hours. I am not sure how to revert back. I have tried to use alarm clock , i do wake up but i end up laying at my bed a while more and going to sleep again. I was wondering if anyone knew of any remedies for this or methods to get up and moving. I am acutally consideing to sleep on the fall so that it would be uncomfortable for me too sleep too long. Any suggestions from you guys?

Some people need to sleep 24 hours a day. This is called a coma.some are depressed and will sleep 12 hours per day.Sleeping too much can make you tired if you wake up tired after sleeping 8 hours or longer more sleep is not what you need.too much sleep can weaken your sleep system and your immune system.A better quality of sleep is what you need rather than, more sleep. You can exercise during the day,get out into the sun light if possible, this will strengthen the sleep system.Try to think of evening activities you might enjoy.Try not to reward yourself on the weekend with sleeping in.It will disrupt your sleeping system.you have to train your body to wake up without the alarm.Sweet dreams...
