Here in California in the USA we are experiencing another heat wave our high today was 107, yesterday 111. In Fresno CA a town 45 miles south of here they broke the high recored of 112 today.
What was your weather like today? Did you like your weather today?
I do not like the heat so much, it makes me ill to get over heated and I tend to get massive headaches from it. I do have a swimming pool that I can cool myself off somewhat. When it so so hot like this even the pool water gets to warm. The pool temp now is 85 degrees and I got hot doing my laps today.
When the low at night is only down to 77 degrees that is to warm for me to sleep.
What is your best sleeping weather?

Here in the Inland Valley in California it was about 100 today with overcast. Wear sunscreen people.

Pomona, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Montclair, San Dimas, La Verne, places on the edge of the Los Angeles and San Bernadino Counties.

I was born in Momtebello CA. Which is around there. We moved in Mariposa in 1966 when I was five years old.

Its been hot here where I live to.Today it got all the way to 100. I try to stay indoors to keep cool. My AC been on since May.

Out bill gets paid every month it runs from $300 to $350 a month during the summer time we also have just one carrier in town.

Wow I am afraid we could not eat and pay the PG&E if ours was that high. I am afraid of what it will be this month. It is not due yet so we have not gotten it yet.

How do you pay your power bill? Ours would be up to 350 dollars a month. I could not afford that. We only have one carrier in town so we do not have a choice who we pay or what we pay.

Right now it's 88 with 61% humidity so it feels like 95. Supposed get scattered thunderstorms later. Yesterday we had storms and there was a tornado about 20 miles north of us, so hopefully it won't repeat today.
I hope you can stay cool in the pool. If I had one I'd be in it for sure. :D

My hair just lays flat when it's hot and humid but hubby is a whole different story. He's got naturally wavy hair and it's a LOT longer than mine. His hair turns into something resembling a poodle but with long hairs sticking out all over the place. Looks like he hasn't combed his hair in a month!

Yesterday morning it was 67 with 61% humidity I was so hot. I could not believe how hot I was. One thing is the humidity does great for my hair it curls so nicely while i melt.

My son's is like that naturally all the time. He needs to keep it short in my opinion but noooooo he keeps it long pulled back in a pony tail.

Here where we are in the UK there was a huge thunderstorm last night,but yesterday was very humid.Today has certainly still been warm,on and off,but the storm has cleared the air to a certain extent,and there is some breeze about now,it is hard to sleep if the air is too warm,and I much prefer to sleep in the cooler if not cold weather.

It has been cooler today. I it was 96 and little humidity. I did get hot but we where out in it all day. At one point I was sitting in the car in the sun waiting for my friend who was in the bank.

Today I'm in Washington state and the weather is great. I am sitting with the windows opened with a nice breeze blowing. The sun just came out and I am thinking on going outside to take some photos of the birds.

right now it 80 degrees but it supposed to get up to 97 this weekend that's southwest Ohio... only if I was living in Cali

Last night we a bit cooler for us. We got down to 69 I was glad to feel it because this week we had lows of 80 degree.

Yikes thank goodness we're not anywhere near the high temps your getting, but we have higher humidity here, which I don't think you get as much, or do you? Our temps are around 88 but high humidity as I said...I'm not great in the summer months either...it makes me tire out a lot faster. Our sleeping weather is just as bad...already I can't wait for the cooler months. Hey can Pyewacket, Kissy and I come over and swim in that pool of your? Or maybe Abagail might share her fountain with them??

Yes you guys can come and spend the summer with us. You would love it because the humidity is not as bad here. I am dying when the humidity is 60%. The week it has been in the 90's. I get warm in the evening and mornings when the humidity goes up above 30% when that happens I go out fat dipping in my pool in the dark. I skinny dip only in the dark. During the day I put my suit on.

The weather here is NY has been hot the last few days. It has been in the 80's, last night and today has been quite breezy outside, and it is a nice breeze. I thought it might bring storms , but it didn't, so that was a good thing.

Hey there sweetie sounds like it is super hot where you are. Anything over 85 degrees I am pulling a homer in the kiddie pool. LOL Up here we haven't had rain in about 10 days now and we have had most days in the high 20's which is about just about 80F. I do like that it is warmer here this year considering the VERY cold summer we had last year. I just hope that it will be nice next month when we go on our camping trip. We have one fan for the house but really haven't used it. But if I had weather like yours I would consider maybe an A/C. HOT!!!!

Whats really bad is when the wind shifts and it blows from the east not not west off the ocean then all those people who live on our cost get so hot. In San Francisco and the Bay Area around there had gotten so 90 to 95 degree days.They do not have AC's and a lot of them do not even have ceiling fans or even just have fans. I have not herd how many deaths there where.

Here in Pittsburgh the weather was partly cloudy and high was in the 80's .
Tomorrow is gonna be a pure sun day and I cant wait to hang by the pool and get some swimming in . The temps are gonna be in the 90's and this is the first time we had a warm up like this since the start of June .

I would not like that because of having the pool in the back yard. I would be bummed to pay for a pool that I could not even use in the summer.

The weather here today is partly cloudly with enough sunshine and occasional rain.
I don't like the weather since weather changes happens unpredictable.
I.e. you're going out to some mall, bringing anything but an umbrella or something that would ward off rain, but then, later on you'll find yourself under bad weather conditions.

That would be hard to have to carry an umbrella all the time or have the chance of getting wet.
We only get an average of 11 inches of rain a year and we are under drought conditions. We only got around 5 inches this winter.

Ive never been to your fine country. I would love to visit one day I would love to snorkel around the islands and see the beautiful rain forests.

Here in the South East of UK we have had another humid day, but the sun has gone, so all day it has been grey and cloudy, and feeling stormy. When I got home, which is only about 15 minute drive away, I was told by neighbours that there had been about 5 minutes of really heavy rain and thunder and then it all stopped again. It is now drizzling again and I would love a storm to freshen the air up.

I would love a good rain storm right now. It is really rare when we get summer rain. In June we got thunder and lighting that caused over 400 fires in CA. They are still fighting the one at Big Sir. It is contained but not out yet.
The one they are fighting now is about 50 miles away from us near Yosemite National Park. It has been burning over a week and has burned over 40K acres and 22 homes + 40 some out buildings. I have a lot of friends up there I hope non of them are homeless.

A few hours ago... the sun was shining... there were only a few clouds in the sky... and it was very very hut... but now... it is raining very hard... this frequent sudden climate change is taking at the health of most kids in my area... and my baby is one of the victims... she now has a cold... oh my... i hope it i will change soon... i welcome the rain... but not in this manner...

compared to 107 91 sounds good to me. I know we all have our weather we cannot tolerate.
