cravings

hi i work 3rd shift and all i do is eat. i try to drink tons of water to curb being hungry and i eat a meal right before work but i am so hungry at work. the bad thing is that there is food available. i am 5'1 and weigh 115 so i am doing ok but inside might not be like i used to have high cholesterol, i might still even who knows. i drink green tea too but that does not seem to help. any suggestions would be great!!!

yes there are ways to overcome your problem. Take fresh fruit to eat whenever you feel a craving. Apples, grapes, oranges Bananas, etc, are all very good for you and you cannot eat too much fresh fruit.These fruits will help high cholestrol, and will not cause you to add weight.
