Are animal extremists allow by the law to purnish people probably because of the way(s) they might have dealt with animals,is there actually a law that allows them to revenge on people because of their presumed bad treatment to animals from this said people or particular tribe or race.

Of course not. They have to abide by the same laws the rest of the population does. And to the person who posted above me, no, not everything they do is illegal. It's hardly against the law to inform the public, pass out flyers, raise funds, etc. Animal activists, and even animal extremists, are working towards a common goal, and while extremists may cross the line on occasion, most of the efforts are coordinated with agencies that promote education and awareness.

if the law doesn't allow people to take personal action against murderers, why should it allow anyone to do so for animals?
