Red Peppers or Green Peppers?

I like both. The red pepper is sweeter, and more palatable by itself. They both are good for different recipes. For instance, green peppers are good stuffed with meet and rice.

I usually use green peppers and I can't really say way I do. I don't have anything against the red ones.

I like both. I do use green pappers more than red peppers.

I like red peppers more, because they are much more sweeter. My mother bakes them with a little bit of water, then she takes off their skin and this sweet flesh they have is served, with salt, vinegar and oil. Tasty!

I like green peppers better.... I usually use them in omelettes and fried potatoes.

i like green peppers better, i like to cook with them. have you ever had them fried with onions and Italian sausage? Yumm

I don't like peppers all that much. I would use bell peppers (tiny yellow ones) but if I had to choose between red or green...I would say green I don't think they are as strong as the red ones.

more of the green. we use them in salad and different recipes (i.e. fritada, sweet and sour, stir fries, etc)

i guess i use red pepper more in salsa and stirfry
