how much christmas shopping will you do? Will you do any? Cutting back? Did you do some early? I did, I bought a few gifts early, but I mainly spend on the girls. I will cut back a little, it's my husband that goes nuts. I have no idea what to get the girls this year.

you are right, doctors don't know everything, but he has to test you to see how high your sugar is to see if hypoglycemics or oral meds are they way to go or insulin. I'm thinking maybe you were put on meds first? btw, water would not have effected the test that much, I know nothing by mouth for 12 hours, but....anyway, good luck with everything.....I am a nurse if you ever need anything.

Hi there, there are both sides of a story, and I am only hearing yours. I am a nurse, and I don't know you...you don't know me. That's the way it is in the er as well. Things are always heightened when our kids are sick. Believe me, I had a child on life support for 2 mos. I know a sick kid. Maybe you misunderstood their intentions. thanks for commenting. I've actually been networking for several years, and agree with your post. I use social networks for all those resons and even have my own ning networks. I should post them on my profile. good idea.

I hear you. I have two part time jobs now. So life is a little different for us too.
