If I think my doctor is wrong, yes I seek a second opinion. I do try and follow my doctors advice as much as I can.

I have yahoo messenger only for my computer, for networking, YIM marketing and friends. I don't text on my phone it is too expensive. PM me if you'd like me to add you to my blast or friends list on YIM.

I have comcast for my landline, cable and computer. Then I have a nokia for minutes...I don't use it that often so it saves us money.
