I had a wonderful pet. He was a little shih=tzu named Rudy. I loved that dog so very much. At the time I got him as a Christmas presents from my parents, I was going through a very bitter divorce. He was really good for me. We got over that and then we moved into a condo where he lived with my until he was 17 years old. I miss him so very much. I know that when I die he will be waiting for me. Just a note, I am now very happily married and living in Florida with my husband and my cat, Cuddles. I just LOVE dogs and cats, but mostly I am a dog person. How about you?

All my cats are my favorite pets. But my soulmate cat was Divot, an orange tabby. He was always near me. He would jump from the counter into my arms. He would drape himself around my neck. He would ride around on my back. I loved him so much. He's been gone several years, but he left him a big hole in my heart.

They really helpful to get away from stress and also brings more happiness everytime. That's why i always miss my talking birds. Thanks so much for contributing to this discussion. Growing up we always had dogs so naturally I wanted them to continue to be a part of my life. I got my precious dog during a very difficult time in my life. He was my golden ray of sunshine.
