One of my colleague was hospitalized due to high cholesterol and diabetics giving us more reason's to think about exercising. Walking is a good exercise which cost nothing. If you have resistant toward dust, fumes and drizzle.Hope you, would not encounter the problematic incidents my friend faced. However he is still longing for a jog and ended up going for gym for which to spend through his nose for a limited period of time.. What about you ??

Hi, I just joined a gym last month and only went once. The problem is I love the outdoors so much more. I think I will go in the winter, cause it gets freezing cold here.

Yeah, I feel sorry for people who have to go to the gym and run. He might do better to spend all the money on a treadmill for inside his house. I often go to the local high school and run on their track because it is a good surface and free. It is important to be careful to not overdo it though because one of my friends hurt herself by running too much (of course she did on average 7 miles a day).

I enjoy walking and because of where i live i don't worry much about dust and fumes and i guess a little drizzle won't melt me. As for jogging and the gym both are big NOT for me's.
