Hi First of all you need to have taken a firm decision to adopt the healthy and timely eating habits. You can consult with a dietician or you can have healthy diet chart from internet sites or by referring some good books. Then you have to follow this diet regime strictly atleast for a month and after a month I think this will become a habit. If you have any health problems like high blood pressure or diabetes, then you have to chart your diet accordingly.
