What would you do to control your body weight?

Nowadays, everyone is thinking slim equals pretty. Is it true? Do you take care of what you eat to control your body weight? When I was studied in university, I tried all sorts of ways to keep my body slim. I just scared to become fat,I don't know why. But at that time I was just 45 kg. I skipped breakfast everyday, ate small portion of rice with vegetables for lunch, and I ate oat or cornflakes with fruits for dinner. With this diet plan, I managed to slim down until 42kg. Now I had graduated, after I started to work, I feel hungry very easily, maybe because I use too much energy to work and think. Now I start to practice another type of eating habit. I try to eat every meals, but all in small portion just to give me enough energy to work. So how about you? What would you do to control your body weight? Have you done anything extreme just to slim down your body? Please share with me,thanks.

When I was young I was very slim and my problem was to put on weight. Now that I'm older my metabolism is not so fast and I find myself with unwanted weight. I tried experimenting with lactobacillus because it aids in digestion. I don't know if they help to bring down weight.

I don't really skip breakfast because my doctor told me that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You need that first meal so that you can concentrate and give your body the energy it needs to start the day. Right now I am just trying to eat in smaller portions and excercising as much as possible. I am taking it slow and not rushing it too much. I have not done anything extreme because I want to lose weight but at the same time learn how to eat correctly so that I don't gain the weight back quickly.
