just can't stop saying it

i would like to know if there is a word or phrase that you keep saying. sometimes not even realizing it. like when i hold a conversation with some one i find myself saying the word "like" alot. just like i just did without realizing it. so what are some words or phrases you keep saying? any and all feedback is welcome.

I often say, "know what I mean" way too often. Usually it's when I ask my husband a question and he doesn't bother to answer me. I have caught myself saying it at work also. Nobody has ever commented on it but I need to quit saying it. It just doesn't sound very bright.

lol, yes i know what you mean. it's frustrating at times. the funny thing about it is i always hated when people would say the word "like" all of the time after every 3 words or so. then i found myself saying it. i wonder if it's catching? thanks for the feedback.

I actually think it happens very often and in my case the word is "actually". There was one person I had just met and his annoying phrase was "is that so?" I actually believe it would be fun to shove his "is that so" on his face. Actually, it might have been real fun had I done that.
