How much sleep do you get?

I gets 4 hours of sleep each night. The funny thing about my body is that no matter how late I goes to bed, I would automatically wake up 4 hours later. I remember there was one time when I tried to go to bed early, and slept at eleven o'clock at night. In the end, I ended up waking at 3.30am and could not fall asleep after that! Which is frustrating as I only starts work at 9am and does not have to leave the house before 7.30am. Needless to say, I was soo tired by the time I was ready to knock off from work. From that sole incident on, I never ever go to bed anytime before 3am on a weekday whereby I know I have to work the next morning. I sleep roughly around 3 am on a weekday and wakes up at around 7am. that works out to be around 4 hours (plus, minus) per day of rest. And, I am still alert and wide awake for the day till 3am again. Weird but true. =X

I used to be pretty consistent at sleeping 930 til 430 or 5, but since I stopped working full time I have a really strange schedule. There's no consistency to the hours I work, and with different things going on with my family, I am often much more of a night owl than I used to be. Consequently I tend to sleep at least a little bit later in the mornings. My son will be going back to school soon, and so I'll get up early to get him to school whether or not I have had enough sleep... but it's all good.

Tonight I am up about an hour later than usual but I took a nap today. I am a night owl and don't like going to bed early. I feel like my brain doesn't come really alive until after 10 pm. But, I have to be up most mornings and working by 8:30. So I don't get a lot of sleep. I like getting between 8-10 hours a night, but that never happens. Maybe on days off I can sleep in, but never as much as I would like because I always have to get out and do things I can't get done during the days I have to work. I generally get to sleep around 1 am every morning and I get up at 7:45. Not enough. I work from home but am stuck right now with the hours I have to work which are scheduled by my employer.

i work at nights so i sleep during the day but i have a two year old kid that when ever he sees me he always wants to play with me. lucky me i have a very understanding wife that she always make sure i get enough sleep before he permits our child to get inside our room and wake me up. i get 7-8 hours sleep well except if our child is not feeling well or i need to do something important. so 8 hours that is.
