As a favor to all our mylotters no discussion should go responded to. If you go under discussions you will see no responses you should try to answer at least 5 of those a day. Think you can do that?

I am saving for mine right now, but we do not like debt so it will be a while because want to pass cash. So in about 5 or 7 years I will get my dream house.

Exactly. This is why I value every minute. I like the money to, but for instand our rentals it is worth paying someone to remodel because I would be with my family or what. I would rather spend time with my kids.
