Do you enjoy tanning or do you avoid it because it's bad for you?

As we all know tanning has many risks but do you still do it? Or do you wear lots of sunscreen in the summer? Now that there are so many non-uv options like self-tanners will you use that instead or continue soaking up the sun?

i don't really go tanning. i do enjoy being out in the sun though. it's a good feeling to enjoy the warmth on my skin. i consider myself lucky in the sense that i don't need to tan. all i need is stand in the sun for half an hour and i'm tanned. however, it'll take as long as a year for the tan to fade. ;p

thanks for the best response. However there's always two sides of thecoin. Look at the amount of whitening products in the market. Apparently there are people who think that fairness = beauty. Thankfully I'm not really obsessed with looking fair. If not I'll have to spend bomb on such products.

no, that's cancerous.. especially to those who don't have the right amount of melanin in their skin, its dangerous..
