achy achy Pain!

hi could you please tell me a remedy for backache?My back aches a lot. Don't want to take pain killers.Please advice.

Since you say you don't want to use pain killers, you might try therma-care, they are the wraps that you can use for up to 8 hours. They work really good, I have used them several times, since I work as a wildland firefighter, and went right on to do my job without the pain. good luck
