today i had called my bank fo some details on my housing loan..the first person could not help so i was transferred to someone else i explained the whole thing again and i was again transferred to someone else....this way they kept transferring my call atleast six times and i had actually lost my cooollll...the last guy said he is not aware about Top Up Loans so he needs to check...i dont understand if the bank guys dont have information for their customers then what are they doing there...i told him to connect me to the bank manager and i told him the situation and how irritating it can be for a customer...he then explained the whole thing to me and cleared my query...why is the staff there if they know nothing? why do they keep transferring the calls? are your banks good and professional? any bad or good bank experience?

I've had mostly good experiences but when they hire new people, there is so much for them to remember that they often can't answer questions very well. Your bank must have a lot of new people! It's very frustrating, I know.

It was such a bad encounter. That's the reason why I don't want to transact with my back on the phone. I really go there so as to talk to the staff and manager personally. I also hate it when I get transferred several times to other people on the phone and with that, I would need to repeat what I say again and again.
