I have fond memories when I was a kid. We had lots of fun back then. I agree with you, we can never go back to those days where all we do is study and play. Now, some of us are grown-ups and have children of our won to provide for. When my hometown and friends get together during special occasions, we never forget to reminisce the good old days, we discuss about our adventures, the outings we had and also our crushes and puppy loves.

well, for the most respect, I do miss my childhood. from the times with my friends, to the times with a girl I once fell for. But mostly for the girl who I fell for. It depends of what era of my childhood were looking at here. Because in my teen years, they weren't the best. But oh how I fell for this little blond just a couple streets down from me. She was to die for. I'm 23 years old now, and even though our lives could never be further apart, but I can still have the sanity, and the happiness, to still dream about her, constantly. Perhaps when I dream about her, I can go to a place, where there's no worries in the world, because in there - my dreams, I can be so blissfully content. I hope those memories, will never end ...

Hi ramyashreesk! I do love my childhood days and have kept those memories very close to my heart. It is sad that we can't live those days again but I can always go back to those happy days in my heart and in my dreams even for a few minutes. Remembering those happy childhood days always make my heart smile. Take care and God Bless!

Childhood is a very memorable period for me because I had a lot of funs together with my friends... Usually after school, we would get together and play soccer together at the field near our house.. After the soccer match, we would go for a drink at a nearby coffeeshop... Then, we would sit down at the coffeeshop and chat throughout the day until evening before we would go home seperately... All those days are so happy and free of troubles... Besides those days, we would also get together to watch some movies on weekends and go for a great dinner before we go home... How i wish that those days will come back again...

Mine was miserable, something I have fought very hard to spare my children from. Looking back at it now, I can smile and say that it was hell and I am now in heaven.

Nope.. my childhood sucked!!! I had a lot of frustration and temper tantrums. I even ran away from home. childhood is not a place I want to revisit....

I think that until I became an adult and had my own children I did not truly appreciate how great it was to be a child. I was always so impatient to grow up and do my own thing instead of just enjoying the freedom and innocence of being a child with no responsibilities other than going out with friends and having fun.
