How long do u sleep? In ur opinion how much hours of rest is good for health?

Hi friend, A good sleep is always good for health.Basically a person should sleep about 6 hours a day.The sleep i take is good.If i sleep at night i woke at morning itself,in the middle of the night also i won't wake up.I usually take 7-8 hours a day and i won't sleep at afternoon. Have a nice day.

HI player143, I only sleep 6 to 7 hours a day. but the expert said, we need to sleep atleast 8 hours everyday. i dont think everyone can follow this, because of a lot things to do. life is so hard now,so we need to doudle time or make extra income in order to have atleast a nice living. thank you so much and have a wonderful day my friend. keep smiling

As one ages, sleep is difficult to come by. I only managed to sleep about 4 hours every night. but i do take a short nap in the afternoon to compensate for the loss sleep i have at night.

i just ended with a crap of a nights sleep, my partner was bouncing!!!! he kept waking me up and thats not a good thing when i'm getting up earlier than he does. don't know why he was hypo, i told him to watch some tv. then he woke me up an hour later and did the same thing, twice more. then left the bed room, and cam back up after my alarm had gone off and i was on snooze time. i gave up and got out of bed he's now snoring in bed and will get woken up now. but he'll get to have a sleep during the day where i don't like it unless i'm actually tired. i also find having a nap at the wrong time of day, can make you feel worse than when you started. i like it when i wake and feel like getting out of bed straight away. like even with a crap nights sleep i still feel good at the moment. any way must move gota go to work
