Calorie Menu

New York City implemented a new rule to the fast foods and chain restaurants owner to post calorie information on their menus. If the same rule will apply in your city or community, would you agree or not? Personally, I would agree. A calorie is a unit of measurement for energy we obtained from food. The more calories you eat, the more you have to burn it up through exercises and heavy works. Failure to burn calories leads to overweight because the calorie will be stored in fats. Having proper information of how much calorie you intake is vital for your health. Back to the question, would you agree that your favorite fast food or restaurant has calorie information on their menus? Defend your answer.

The fast food restaurants down here in Florida already post nutritional information in all of their locations for everything they sell which includes the calories of each item. I think it's a good idea for the consumer to have an easy reference when deciding what to order.
