Who here has been through a nasty custody battle?

I am going through one right now. My husband is keeping my daughter from me because I don't want to get back together with him. He called CYS on me last Friday and she is currently in his custody until the case is found to be unfounded, which it is and will be dismissed shortly. He won't let me see her even after that I don't think cause I talked to him the other day and all he did was threaten me and call me names and scream at me when I wouldn't play his games. I feel really bad for my daughter and it is killing me that I can't see her. We have a conference date set for Sept 12th to see if we can work out custody through a mediator but my lawyer is prepared to file an emergency custody petitition if he wont cooperate.

You need to pray. I can only imagine what it must be like having to go through something like this. God does help even when we don't know He is. At least you will be getting her back. What about people who don't ? What about those who's fault it is or who are addicted to something or who are headed for jail. Keep the faith. It will be over soon.
