my kids do not eat vegetables. i know its ok for a kid not to eat a specific vegetable but my kids really hates vegetables. even the small veggies that see in a soup they would remove it, i don't know how to convince them but even the tiniest green or orange (carrots)that they see in their their food still they remove it. now i'm looking for a vitamins that has artificial veggies in it because i know vegetables are important especially for kids.

You must make your children eat a small bite of the vegetable each time you serve it. Tell them they cannot get up from the table until they taste the vegetable. If they still don't like it, fine... they can leave the table. But each time you serve it they must try it. Eventually they will learn to like it. That is how I got my children to eat their vegetables. I do not let them up from the table until their plate is clean.

One of my boys is like that. They eventually grow out of it. You just gotta keep pushing the vegetables. My oldest would never eat a thing, and he'd always act like he was going to throw up, and sometimes he did. But I kept pushing and now he eats everything. There isn't a single food (except maybe kidney beans) that he won't eat.

My 2 little kids are horrible at eating vegetables and meat. My first 2 ate everything and my little two just won't do it. My dr told me not to work about the meat but you have got to get the veggies in. I started getting very creative. I read the 2 recipe books out about how to puree veggies and sneak them into foods. I use a couple of the recipes but I have found that I just add in veggies into anything that the kids eat. Grated up or pureed carrots can go into anything - spag sauce, taco meat, soup. I have breaded chicken with an egg and broccoli mixture and then toss with bread crumbs. I have added pureed cauliflower into mac and cheese and I also make breads with zucchini, pancakes with pureed beets ( my little girl loves it becase it turns the pancakes pink). There is alot of ways to get the veggies in and then hopefully they will grow out of it and want to try them on their own.

i can also try your suggestions and i hope they wont taste the veggies in it, my kids has almost mastered the taste of their food and if they smell or taste something different, they will not eat at all.

Have them eat it in the same bite as other things, so they can't really taste it. Or, put it right into food somehow so that they don't actually know they're eating it. My mom sometimes makes hamburgers with tiny shredded spinach inside, and you can't taste that at all.

i think thats a good idea but i'll have to make sure that no green thing will be seen or else they will not eat it.
