How do you add images to respones?

I know how to add an image when I'm starting a discussion, but I dont know how to add one when I'm responding to someone else's discussion. Can any1 help me out?

After you have posted 200 discussions and responses on mylot you will see the button to add an image or a smiley to your response on the response page. Until you reach that milemark you do not have the ability to use these features.
