I have finally gotten my sewing machine fixed , it had needed a belt. so now I am going to sewing again. I have the stuff to make some cloth menstrual pads. I want to make some for myself , but I also want to start making them for selling them. I am thinking of getting an online store. MAYBE. What have you been sewing ????

Menstrual pad? I can remember my mother using that during their time. Isn't it hard to wash? How do you make it? Using the sanitary pads we now have in the market makes me feel itchy after 3 consecutive days of using it. Anyway, the last thing I sewed was a cell phone case, I plan of sewing several in the following days in preparation for x-mas give aways.

umm coth menstrual pads?? wow i have never heard of anyone sewing those before...i am not sure how i would like the idea of using them are they disposable? because i am not so sure how the cloth would do absorbing and i have a really heavy flow and i am not so trusting as to buying menstrual pads from online much less having them shipped to me i think it is a good idea to start a store up online and sell items but (not trying to discourage you) i do not think that menstrual pads would sell very well

I've actually been working on a few things the past couple days....I've been working on some pants and jeans, a couple of dresses and some skirts actually...Hopefully by the end of today I'll have some of them done, if not though, by tomorrow for sure...

Wow, I don't think I have sewn anything in a long time other than the ribbons on my pointe shoes, and the last pair of pointe shoes I got about a year or two ago. I think the last thing I seriously sewed was a decorative pointe shoe in which I sewed different ribbons, beads, and lace on the shoe and made it into a decoration. I gave one to my parents for Christmas, and one to a good friend of mine in England. I hope I can get around to sewing more things soon because it is always quite fun when you have an interesting project going...

I have not sewn anything for a long time. I have some fabric that I had thought about making a pillow for my daughter out of, but I have not gotten around to it yet. I used to sew a lot when I was in high school. I took a sewing class and I really got into it.

Cloth menstrual pads are soooo much better than commercial pads! I always feel so much cleaner using them. I've been sewing doggie toys and pillows for my little brother's new apartment. I also have some shades planned but haven't gotten around to picking out the fabric for them yet.
