i know some of us were sick of losing weight but find it uneasy to do so..What's the easiest way to lose weight.?tell us more..

So far, I lost 54 lbs. Eat well and don't deprive yourself of food. Eat 6 separate small meals instead of 3 huge meals. This will keep you full for the entire day and will make it easier for your stomach to digest. Then, don't hesitate to increase your muscle. Lift weights but just limit it to a maximum of 8-10 lbs. so that it would be tough at all. This will increase your metabolism even when you're resting. This is where most of the weight would go off. You don't even have to lessen your intake of food. Just make it constant and do cardio workouts as much as possible like walking/jogging/aerobics. And most of all, keep focused on your goal and maintain your motivation.

Control diet,do more exercise.control diet is easy for girls,but do more exercise i don't think so...

oh.haha.yea..i could do some diets..but EXERCise.?it's not easy for me to do it regularly as it needed.:)haha

have been eating fruits for a few days.... for lunch... and i have lost about...1 kg? and so i think it works well.... lol... and DON'T eat fast/junk food!!!! those are the worst!!!! but damn they taste good!!! lol...

Low carb/high protein diets have been proven to be the most beneficial for not only losing weight but for keeping it off. I have done it before and am currently doing it again. When you low carb you have to keep your carb intake down to about 25gs per day which means that you can't eat any sugar, pasta, bread, rice or most cereals. You can eat a lot of lean meat, cheese, cottage cheese, pickles, spinach, broccoli, and eggs. You count the carbs that you ingest during the day and, if you stick to it you will see results in a week. you should also drink plenty of water...you can have the flavored waters as long as they have no carbs...and you can drink diet soda, too. This diet does not leave you hungry and is the easiest way I have lost weight.

Sick!!! Last month i am sick seriously then i lose around 3kg!!! lolx. I am really happy with that. My big tummy become smaller now and my girlfriend very happy with it also. I read an article about losing weight before on newspaper. They say eat a teaspoon of honey before you go to sleep and it helps to you to lose weight. Besides, my friend told me eating apple also can lose weight. She eat an apple daily and she really make it after few months. But she still going to exercise with friends and cut down her meals. I don't think their is an easy way to lose wight. No matter how many tricks and tips you use you will have have to exercise. Most people like to find ways to lose wight without really moving around and there's really no other way. Even if you are taking diet pills, usually on the bottle it mentions something about an exercise routine.
