Is the Twilight series any good?

I was reading through a magazine and saw an advertisement for the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. It looked pretty interesting but I'd like opinions from people that have read them. Are they as good as they look?

I heard about them last year and bought them and started reading them. I couldn't put them down. It is a frenzy this weekend the new book Breaking Dawn comes out. The movie Twilight comes out this December. They are great. Stephanie Meyer is a great author, very descriptive and imaginative. www.stepheniemeyer.com is her website also there are links on her website to see scenes from the movie.

I just finished Twilight and New Moon and i loved them. I would recommend reading them.

I havent heard of that series at all. I am only familar with the twilight zone by Rod serling which was a really good show and is still watched today by many.
