If I work on strictly commision, not 10-99nd. Can my employer require me to report in a.m. and p.m. (physically), including a log of my entire day? I live in Florida. Other sales jobs I've had like this paid minimum wage when sales were not made.

There are some jobs that are strictly commission. My husband has a commission job only, he had the option of being 1099 or W2. He choose W2, because that way taxes will automatically come out. Wouldn't you need to report in to get leads, assignment etc? Are you getting paid for non sales?
