Has anyone ever been hot air ballooning, if so did you enjoy it?

My husband's birthday is coming up and I have been trying to think of something special to do for him. He is very adventurous and loves trying new things, so I thought that this might be something neat for him.( although I am terried to be that high in the sky.) It looks so beautiful and it looks like it would be fun and romantic. So has anyone already done something like this before? How was it? Was it exciting?

I haven't been in a hot air balloon, but I did go to a hot air balloon on Saturday.
They really can get high up there

They had tethered rides for $15.00, and I saw another place that had rides for $195.00, per person. So it looks like it could be could costly.
