Are you a good listener?

For me, to be a good listener, one needs to not only listen but understand the message being conveyed and respond accordingly. After all, a good communication is supposed to be two-way.
What's your view on this? Do you think you're a good listener?

I am a hopeless listener in lectures or formal talks as I lose concentration and drift off at a tangent in my thoughts. I spend a lot of time communicating with people at work, trying to understand their needs and feelings or just giving them someone to talk to.

Lol! That's normal, I guess. It happens to me too! Sometimes lectures are boring, we just can't help but think of going home or something like that.

i listen people who have something important to say,if is not important i can't listen more then 10 minutes or so
