Yes, wimax will be so exciting to use. Is has very high speed, wireless system and much better than today's broadband. This year it is coming to my county.

Wow, I hope that lands in the Philippines, I would want that. Of course, I'm still drooling for a FiOs, man I would love to have that. But then it's not an option here, so maybe that wimax will do. I hope it lands on the Philippine shores.

well we allready have wimax in Pakistan.its been a year since wateen telecom have launched Wimax for the first time in Karachi,Pakistan.. and now they are working nationwide.but since many telecom companies launched USB internet has its packages which has no limit for download and we don,t need any system unlike CPE for Wimax setup its pure handy product which can be moved to anywhere we want and it is great for Laptops as well ...... another restriction here for wimax is a limited download packages which also calculates date used for surfing the web as well which is not really a good idea for us besides we download too much ....... I think Wateen telecom should start its unlimited downloads to compete with all other companies like USB and cable nets ........ but one thing is comparable of prices wateens CPE,s costs us about 90 to 100$ and usb cost the same as the whole device of Cpe which can be used for digital tv and telephony in future but USB has no longer us for any other service .... monthly data cost become,s same when we buy 15 GB package for wateen wimax at the price of 18$ pm for the speed of 256 kbps and 22$ for 1mbps speed.. instead of that usb packeges are cheaper then this means 15$ for 256 and more for better speed ........

It is good but I doubt that the price would be cheap.
