My first dish was the easiest thing to make. An Omlette. I would call it a success though not a big one. I didn't forget to put anything in. Had the right amount of onion, tomatoes and chillies. Even salt and pepper were in right amount. Though I think I didn't beat the egg as much as I should have. The omlette was not as fluffy as it usually is when my mom prepares it. After that I have tried my hand on French toasts, and few other simple Indian dishes. I must say now I am a good cook. At least good enough to please my husband and parents whenever I am in the kitchen. I believe the food tastes much better when you cook it with love.

My mom was my coach doing my first dish, since she keep an eye on me it was kinda success. Omelet was my first dish learned, and next was I learned to cook rice, it is not kinda a successful one but eventually, I learned to make it better. In many instances, I have failed on the later since in my country we have to cook it like every meal of the day, such that I made it perfect these days. hehe.
