can i transfer money from paypal to alertpay and vice versa??

i have both the accounts on internet and i want to transfer money from alertpay to paypal. somebody told me i can do so. But, i dint find any option of doing like that. can you please tell me how to transfer money from alertpay to paypal account? Thank you in advance.

I don't think it is not possible unless you have a trusted friend who would be willing to do exchanges. I have search e-currency exchangers but to no avail haven't found anyone who offers exchanges from alertpay and paypal.
