getng maried is an obstacle for a career oriented woman?

is it like so dat a career orieneted women can not handle her career so easily after marriege?? if its so...then y??? if a womens prime duty is to handle home ,then men's prime duty is to earn to run a home..and if women works to maintain a good standard of living ..in a way helps her husband then y a man can't help her women in household work??? why men's ego comes in front in maximum cases???

You ask a lot of good questions and make good points. Too many times a married working woman is expected to work all day and come home to take care of all the household chores alone, with no help from her husband. This is wrong and, fortunately, more and more men are taking responsibility for home, too. Maybe it's because they were raised by working moms and saw how hard it was for them and how little their fathers helped.
