have you developped the habit of write your plans down, set them down on small yellow pages, or do you just comb your plans in your minds every morning before you get up? yesterday,to be exact,at midnight,i wrote all my summer vacations plans down. i found it is quite helpful to supervise myself to get up early in the morning at 7:00 in comparison with the previous month that i got up at 9:00 am,and study four hours in the morning.i am more self-deciplined when i write my plans down, and life is more ogarnised. do you have this habit?

Good for you. I mean it. .I find myself disorganised when it comes down to my plans.Never noting it down. I invariably land up sratching my head, trying to recollect my thoughts. At the last moment suddenly it pops up and then I land up running around trying to figure it out.

The only two days I get up early are when I work. Right now I can sleep 5 days or get up whenever I feel like it. I do make a list of what needs to be done during the week. I's much easier for me to keep more organized this way and get everything I need to get done.

I don't do such kind of things as writing. Good for you that it work out the way you wanted it to be. I am more in repeating it to myself dozen times in one day. Six times before i go to sleep. That is my way of reminding myself of what needs to be done. What are my top priority for the day or in the future. I like this habit of mine because i can't forget things easily. It helps me to have a clear vision of my life's goal. I have all the things needed in place. All is according to plan. If you have a clear mind, you are likely to have a successful life.

hello girl,i am glad to respond your discussion here.I think you are nice to have a good habit on planning.I also make a schedule for my myself every day.BUt i think i have formed a good habit to do everything in a day,In the morning,i get up 7:30, after the breakfast, then working for 3 hours.and in the afternoon, wasting my time on funs, like watching movies,or listening to the sweet music with playing games.maybe like now, writting on mylot or other writting sit to communicate with the foreign friends.I think it is good for me.lol good luck to you.

I think that I'm a little bit of both, I make a To-do list especially when things get hectic to get a sense of organization but then something happens and I wont be able to follow the schedule and just wing it from there. When I have projects, back to back exams and research papers due as well, I panic and not know which one to do first so i make a checklist and well you know what happens... I hope someday I will be able to follow the scheds I set,,, hehehe

I hope you can take some enjoyment instead of studying. It is too hot in summer and it is not a good season for you to study. If you can't act according to the plan, it will affect your self-confidence. So I advice you find some interesting to do instead of studying. Good relaxation will help you get more achievement next semester.

My husband writes all kinds of things down, but I really don't. I just do what I want to do, usually the same thing every day, unless something different pops up, at which time I write it on my calendar, and set my cellphone calender to remind me. If I am going to go shopping for more than two or three items, I will make a list. I don't have yellow papers (sticky notes?) rather personalized notepaper with my name on it.

It is better to write all these plans and programs down because you can easily forget if you have so many things in your mind or too many programs to do.The pen and your paper will never forget those points.I prefer storing information in my mind than writing them down.
