thank you very much for this information. i will print this out and share it with my sister. she has problems for she works at night and sleeps through the day. she no longer feel healthy and she is feeling thatshe gained weight because of her work. i adviced her to dosome walkingand eat more healthy foods, fruits and juices. but i know my sister she will not listen to me. if i hand her over a paper that came from the net i know she will think about it. thank you very much for this.happy posting and have a blessed weekend.
