I have a terrible headache. What should I take?

I'm not telling you to do this but one time I had a headach so bad I thought I would go out of my mind. My son told me to take a Goody powder and hold it under my tongue for one minute, then drink something and swallow it. Sure enough it took the worst of the edge off instantly. I still had a headach but it was no where as bad and it went away quicker. I think sometime when we get a headach it just gets worse and worse because we tense up with it or something.

i usually take tylenol. that works best for me.
