I think we need some war, but at the same time i have freidns and family over doing that and it kills me inside to think that maybe one day they will be taken from me!

I think war is never good. War involves killing human beings - generally innocent ones.
There are no 'just' wars or 'holy' wars. They are very, very rarely a 'necessary evil'.
