About 2 weeks ago I mentioned that it smelled like Autumn in the middle of July well I was right it's down right chilly this morning. I know it's going to be in the 90s later this week but I just hope my tomatoes get enough heat to turn red. How's it where you are?

I laughed when I saw the subject of your discussion. I live in the South & we've been 95-100 almost all summer (hottest on record I do believe). I've been putting ice cubes in my dogs' water. We had a thunderstorm come through yesterday & it seems to have cooled things off just a little. As I said that I looked at the temperature & we're already up to 83 & it's only 10:00am. If you can imagine, I think the weatherman is wrong once again (ROFL ) I look forward to fall this year. I just hope we don't go from summer to winter & skip fall. I need a break in my utility bill. I know what you mean about the utility bills, we pump water from the creek and it's been very dry here, Big Bills.

I am always ready for the Autumn myself. It has been downright hot and humid here in Alabama. We just moved here three months ago. We used to live up north for many years. I look forward to the cooler weather. I always did. It is been averaging over ninety degrees or better here for some time now. We get a little bit of rain here and there. I wish you luck with your tomatoes.
